General terms and conditions

1. Scope

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller when concluding purchase agreements via the online store available at www.lalalukids.com.

1.3. The buyer is a natural person – consumer acting outside their business activity.

2. Conclusion of the contract

2.1. The buyer’s order constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract.

2.2. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

2.3. The seller reserves the right not to accept an order, in particular in case of product unavailability, obvious pricing errors or suspected misuse.

3. Price and payment terms

3.1. All prices are stated including VAT.

3.2. Delivery costs are not included and are specified during checkout.

3.3. The buyer may pay by:

• online payment
• bank transfer
• cash on delivery

3.4. Payment is deemed completed upon receipt of funds or payment upon delivery.

4. Delivery

4.1. The seller shall deliver the goods no later than 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

4.2. Goods are deemed delivered upon receipt by the buyer.

4.3. The buyer shall inspect the shipment upon delivery.

4.4. In case of failure to accept delivery, the seller may claim compensation for incurred costs.

5. Transfer of ownership and risk

5.1. Ownership passes upon full payment of the purchase price.

5.2. Risk passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods.

6. Liability for defects (complaints)

6.1. The seller is liable for defects in accordance with applicable law.

6.2. The warranty period is 24 months from delivery.

6.3. Complaints can be submitted by email or post.

6.4. Complaints will be handled within 30 days.

7. Withdrawal (consumer)

7.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.

7.2. Goods must be returned within 14 days.

7.3. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

7.4. Payments will be refunded within 14 days, after receiving returned goods.

7.5. The buyer is liable for diminished value.

7.6. Withdrawal is not possible for custom-made or hygiene goods once opened.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. The buyer may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority.

9. Final provisions

9.1. These Terms become effective upon publication.

9.2. Legal relations are governed by Slovak law.

9.3. The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
