The best way to clean your LALALU mat is with a soft damp cloth dipped in lukewarm water with a gentle pH-balanced cleaning product.

After cleaning, let it dry naturally or wipe it with a dry cloth. Before rolling it up and storing it, always make sure it is completely dry to prevent mould from developing.

Avoid using abrasive or harsh cleaners, as they may damage the surface and colours of the mat over time.

If you like, you can also use a gentle antibacterial soap, such as Healthdrop, which many of our customers often add to their order.

Orders received by 11:00 a.m. are shipped on the same working day. Orders received later are processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time depends on the destination country. Standard delivery is 1 working day for Slovakia and 2 working days for the Czech Republic.
